Groundwater in Real Estate

Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District is committed to the critical mission of groundwater preservation for the present and future generations.

The District offers workshops throughout the year focused on the relationship between groundwater and real estate. Attendees have the opportunity to obtain knowledge of District specific groundwater rules, geological information, statewide challenges, District tools and services, and other resources critical to land owners, investors, and sellers.

Currently, our workshops are not eligible for continuing education credit.
