• Minimum 2 acres with a private well AND septic

Certification that Adequate Groundwater is available for the subdivision

• If groundwater is the source of water supply for the subdivision, the subdivider is required to obtain certification , by a licensed professional engineer or licensed geoscientist registered to practice in Texas, that adequate groundwater is available for the subdivision.

• Subdivider is also required to consult with the Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District.
